BWRT Level 1
Brain Working Recursive Therapy — a structured, evidence-based technique for rapidly resolving anxiety, trauma responses, and unwanted patterns.
Client-centred Therapy
A humanistic therapeutic approach that emphasises empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It enables clients to access their own internal resources, promoting insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful behavioural change.
